Starting during the last week of September, at Enrique Romay we are continuing to work on the new 2019/2020 citrus campaign. The harvesting of different varieties of tangerines and oranges has kicked off this new campaign, which we expect to be optimistic and which reflects all the work done day-in day-out in the field throughout the year.
For us, a new campaign means beginning again to prepare the product that the land yields us to process and distribute it to our customers around the world. A cycle that we started in September with the okitsu satsuma mandarin and Marisol clementine varieties; we are continuing now in October, as well as harvesting navelinas oranges and octubrina, decafatina and oronules clementines; and we will continue in November with the owari satsuma. Starting pistol! New citrus fruits campaign
Enrique Romay’s new citrus fruits campaign has started for another year. A new season that we always go into with the same enthusiasm, and which is the fruit of a year’s work spent in our own fields and, of course, caring for our varieties.
Although we started in September, it is during this month of October that the harvesting of all our varieties of oranges and tangerines peaks.

All our tangerines and oranges are grown in our own fields in Valencia, the cradle of the orange.
According to our planning and the scheduled cultivation time, during the month of September we started harvesting our okitsu satsuma mandarin and Marisol clementine varieties; we have continued in October with these same varieties, also adding navelinas oranges and octubrina, decafatina and oronules clementines; and we will start November by harvesting the owari satsuma, along with some of the types that we will already be picking, such as oronules or clemenules.
